Returns

If there's anything wrong with your order, you may return the product within 60 days. As soon as we have received your products, we will issue you a refund and advise you via email. You are responsible for the cost to ship the returned product(s) back to us.

Please note the following:

Items must be returned in original product packaging
Returned items must be unused and have no visible signs of wear or use
Faulty or defective goods will be replaced or fully refunded
Patterns are exempt from this refund policy
Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged

To initiate a return or exchange:

Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return; or
Send an email to poppyspompom@gmail.com with your order number in the subject line
